Our Commitments

At ABMI, our commitment goes beyond project performance : we address major societal issues.

As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact since 2016, the Group affirms its commitment to taking concrete action in support of human rights, the environment, ethics and the fight against corruption.
Recognised with the ECOVADIS Gold medal in 2024, ABMI relies on the mobilisation of its employees and partners to strengthen its positive impact.

Our CSR approach guides our actions and priorities: reducing our carbon footprint, promoting inclusion and implementing responsible management.

True to our values, we actively contribute to sustainable performance, serving our customers and our ecosystem.

Our certifications

Since the early 2000s, the ABMI Group has been committed to a quality approach in order to ensure that our clients' projects are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 certification.

This approach has enabled some of our legal entities to obtain both normative and customer certifications (ISO 9001, EDF UTO, QN100, etc.). This is why, during the transformation of the ABMI Group in 2019 and 2020, this approach was rolled out across the entire group. As a result, since February 2022, all ABMI Group establishments have been ISO 9001 certified, and those with a long history in the aeronautics sector are also EN 9100 certified.

Following these two certifications for the group, we continued this momentum of continuous improvement and obtaining new accreditations, particularly in the nuclear sector, with the award of ISO 19443 certification in June 2024.

The safety of all our employees is also our top priority, which is why our activities involving ionising radiation and those on industrial sites have also been certified by CEFRI-E and MASE.

Global Compact

Ecovadis

We received the Ecovadis Gold medal in July 2025.

Environment

Plantations

In 2023, we created the ABMI forest on the Tree-Nation platform. As part of this initiative, we plant trees for every new recruit. More than 2,300 trees have been planted for new recruits since 2023, equivalent to 260.5 tonnes of CO₂.

Sustainable mobility package

Since September 2023, ABMI has been encouraging eco-friendly travel through an incentive scheme. Employees can benefit from a sustainable mobility allowance of up to €420 per year for their commutes.

Climate mural

As part of our commitment to sustainable development, ABMI is raising awareness among its employees about climate issues. By the end of 2024, 12 employees had been trained to lead Climate Collage sessions. Since January 2025, they have been organising sessions to raise awareness among as many colleagues as possible and promote collective awareness of environmental challenges.

Gender Equality

Our professional equality index score for 2025 is 93/100. This overall score is a significant improvement on the last index (+9 points vs. 2024) and rewards ABMI’s positive momentum. Nevertheless, we are continuing our efforts and are aware of the work that remains to be done to give women their rightful place within our organisation and, more broadly, within our sector.

ABMI commits to supporting the ELLES BOUGENT association

Thanks to their experience, these amazing mentors will help young women with their career choices by encouraging them to BE BOLD, informing them about career opportunities in science and technology, inspiring them to pursue their dreams, and breaking down stereotypes.

Awareness campaign

Every year, our internal representatives run prevention and awareness campaigns on a range of topics, such as raising awareness of DYS disorders and campaigns to combat harassment and violence in the workplace.

ABMI obtains approval for its Disability Agreement

The ABMI Group announces the official approval of its Disability Agreement by the Hauts-de-Seine Prefecture. This recognition confirms the group’s commitment to the inclusion and retention of people with disabilities in employment.

The agreement structures ABMI’s actions around recruitment, job adaptation, team awareness and the development of partnerships with the protected sector. It is fully in line with the group’s HR policy and CSR approach.

ABMI will continue its efforts to improve accessibility and promote an increasingly inclusive corporate culture.

Solidarity

In April 2024, ABMI launched the Vendredi solidarity platform, offering some of its employees the opportunity to get involved in solidarity projects. This initiative is part of the skills sponsorship program.

+1,200 associations listed on the platform

This partnership reflects our desire to respond to our employees’ growing demand for social and environmental engagement. By collaborating with Vendredi, we are broadening our approach to CSR by offering our consultants the opportunity to contribute to community projects.

Objective: +300 solidarity missions completed by 2028

Hackathon Tom France

ABMI participated in the last two editions of Hackathon Tom France. Every year, for 48 hours, French tech employees and people with disabilities come together to design concrete and innovative solutions to everyday challenges.
